1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Food Products (e.g., Organic Groceries)
- Not eligible for return due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
- Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:
- The product is expired upon delivery.
- The packaging is damaged in transit and the product is affected.
- The wrong item was sent.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in such cases, with photos and order details.
Non-Food Products
(Seeds, garden accessories, fertilizers, soil, grow bags, live plants*)
- Eligible for return and full refund if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
- You change your mind (within 7 days, unused and in original packaging)
*Note: Live plants can only be refunded or replaced if damaged during shipping. They must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:

- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process or issue a refund/replacement.
3. Refund Timeline
- Once a return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If a return is not required, the refund will be processed immediately after approval.
4. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at [email protected].
- After shipping, cancellations are not possible, but you may be eligible for a return as per the policy above.
