    Refund & Returns Policy

    At GroBite, we are committed to delivering quality products and a great customer experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — with a clear and fair return and refund policy.

    1. Return & Refund Eligibility

    Food Products (e.g., Organic Groceries)

    • Not eligible for return due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
    • Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:
      • The product is expired upon delivery.
      • The packaging is damaged in transit and the product is affected.
      • The wrong item was sent.

    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in such cases, with photos and order details.

    Non-Food Products

    (Seeds, garden accessories, fertilizers, soil, grow bags, live plants*)

    • Eligible for return and full refund if:
      • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
      • You received the wrong product
      • You change your mind (within 7 days, unused and in original packaging)

    *Note: Live plants can only be refunded or replaced if damaged during shipping. They must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    2. How to Request a Return or Refund

    To initiate a return or refund:

    1. Email us at [email protected] within the time window stated above.
    2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
    3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
    4. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process or issue a refund/replacement.

    3. Refund Timeline

    • Once a return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
    • If a return is not required, the refund will be processed immediately after approval.

    4. Cancellations

    • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at [email protected].
    • After shipping, cancellations are not possible, but you may be eligible for a return as per the policy above.
